Responsible Gaming
Our Commitment
Responsible gaming at ek7777 is not a special feature — it is our core philosophy.
ek7777 is established as a trusted platform in the online entertainment space in Bangladesh. We firmly believe that sports betting and casino games should be enjoyed for entertainment purposes only. Responsible gaming is an integral part of our platform, and we place the highest importance on the mental and financial wellbeing of every player.
Under our responsible gaming policy, betting on the ek7777 platform is only for those aged 21 or older. If you feel that gambling is having a negative effect on your life, please use our self-exclusion, deposit limit, and time-out features. Our 24/7 live chat support team is always by your side.
Remember — winning is not guaranteed, and you should never place more bets in hopes of recovering money you have lost. Keep entertainment in perspective, play within your budget, and take breaks on time.
Important Warning
Gambling can be addictive. Only bet with money that, if lost, will not cause problems in your life.
For Ages 21+ Only
To create an account and bet at ek7777, you must be 21 years of age or older.
Age Limit — A Non-Negotiable Rule
The ek7777 platform is for those aged 21 or older only. Protecting minors from gaming is our social responsibility.
Core Principles of Responsible Gaming
Follow these principles for healthy entertainment.
Set a Budget
Decide in advance how much money you will spend on betting each week or month. Never exceed this limit. Keep your entertainment budget separate from essential living expenses.
Manage Your Time
Do not bet for long stretches without a break. Take regular breaks and spend time with family and friends. Responsible gaming means maintaining balance in life.
No Emotional Betting
Never bet when you are stressed, depressed, or intoxicated. Placing more bets out of anger or frustration after a loss is a dangerous habit.
Keep Entertainment as the Goal
Betting is not a way to earn income — it is entertainment. A win is a bonus; a loss is the cost of entertainment. Playing with this mindset makes responsible gaming easier.
Never Bet with Borrowed Money
Never bet with borrowed money or emergency savings. Trying to bet your way out of debt only creates bigger problems.
Do Not Hesitate to Ask for Help
If you feel you are losing control over your betting, contact our support team. Talk to family and friends — asking for help takes courage.
Our Protection Tools
Use these features on the ek7777 platform to stay in control of your gaming.
Deposit Limit
Set a cap on how much you can deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and can be lowered at any time. Increasing it requires a specified waiting period.
Time-Out Break
If you want to take a short break, activate a time-out for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period your account will be temporarily locked and no betting or deposits will be possible.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a long-term break, choose self-exclusion. You will have the option to keep your account closed from 6 months up to permanently. This step may be irreversible — so decide carefully.
Betting History Review
By logging into your account, you can view your betting history, wins and losses, and total spending at any time. Review this regularly.
Session Time Limit
Use the automatic logout feature after a set period of time. This helps reduce the tendency to bet for excessive amounts of time.
